Immensely powerful
for its size, the leopard is known as the best stalker of all
the big cats. Adaptable to many different habitats, it particularly
likes trees as a resting place and to store its kill out of the
reach of other predators. Here, high above the Serengeti plain,
the leopard's intense gaze tells us it has just spotted something
of great interest.
